WHO WE ARE
SCL is a trusted leader in agricultural innovation, specializing in the design and management of sustainable farming systems and integrated value chain solutions. Our work enhances trade, strengthens livelihoods, and promotes long-term economic resilience across diverse communities
We are committed to enabling millions of farmers and young agripreneurs across Africa to access structured training, regenerative systems, and scalable financial pathways by 2030, with a deliberate focus on youth, women, rural communities, and underserved populations within agricultural value chains.
Through our Academy, field programs, ecosystem partnerships, and technology-enabled solutions, we strengthen capacity, improve productivity, and build climate-resilient farming systems that create long-term economic opportunity.
Our goal is not only to increase yields, but to transform agricultural ecosystems, ensuring farmers move beyond subsistence toward structured, profitable, and sustainable enterprise. Because resilient communities begin with resilient agricultural systems.

Every initiative at SCL is built on one integrated system, the SCL AgriCORE Model.

We transform smallholder farmers into agricultural entrepreneurs through the Integrated Crops, Trees & Livestock (ICTL) framework. We see our farmers as business owners building sustainable livelihoods.
